Injury Prevention
Having personally endured major sports injuries, including two torn ACLs, two meniscus surgeries, and numerous strained muscles and tendons, CC understands the significance of maintaining peak mental and physical condition while minimizing the risk of injury. Each Lagree coaching session prioritizes slow and controlled low-impact exercises that emphasize control, balance, core stability, and joint integrity.
