With over 10 years of industry expertise in Lagree, CC Lagree utilizes the revolutionary patented Lagree method of slow and controlled resistance training, along with the specialized Lagree Minipro Megaformer machine, to perform low-impact exercises. Each exercise focuses on isokinetic movements, encompassing concentric, eccentric, and isometric actions, aiming at full-body strength development while minimizing stress on joints, connective tissues, and the spine. The Time Under Tension method, which incorporates the activation of up to 600 muscles simultaneously, is integral to every Lagree exercise. The slow pace and controlled movements promote progressive overloading, while each exercise engages primary, secondary, and stabilizing muscle groups, targeting both large and small twitch muscle fibers.

Brings a ton of experience to every session making it challenging but achievable. This workout is just DIFFERENT. The fact that it's low impact and still kicks your ass and sharpens your athletic performance is insane. Started during my off season with rehab for tendonitis and a torn ACL and after working with CC I feel stronger than I did before my injury... now we're working together during my preseason.
